An architect of several new training programs that have been implemented successfully in Canada and Southeast Asia.
These include programs that further community-consultative and participatory approaches to early childhood education, residential care of children orphaned by war, mental health services, holistic developmental approaches to teaching in primary and secondary schools, and leadership training in graduate education.
